The Future Madness Bracket Sweepstakes, the “Sweepstakes,” is sponsored by Rap TV, LLC, “RapTV,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By entering, each participant, “Entrant,” “you,” or “your,” agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the “Rules,” and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1.ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and individuals physically located within, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law, who are at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of entry.
Entrants who are under the age of majority in their state of residence must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. If a minor is selected as a potential winner, the minor’s parent or legal guardian may be required to sign all prize claim documents on the minor’s behalf.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity, residency, age, and/or eligibility.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on June 25, 2026, and ends at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on June 26, 2026, the “Entry Period.”
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.
3.FUTURE MADNESS BRACKET AND POLL PERIOD
The Sweepstakes is connected to Sponsor’s Future Madness bracket experience, located at futuremadness.raptv.com or any other URL designated by Sponsor.
Entrants will complete one (1) Future Madness bracket by selecting predicted winners for each applicable round of Future Madness voting. Future Madness voting is expected to occur during the voting period communicated by Sponsor, subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor may modify, delay, cancel, replace, or adjust any matchup, round, voting window, participant, entrant, competitor, or bracket element for any reason, including technical issues, scheduling changes, fraud, platform restrictions, availability, or other circumstances affecting the bracket.
4.HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter.
During the Entry Period, an eligible Entrant must visit futuremadness.raptv.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit one (1) Future Madness bracket, including providing a valid email address and any other required entry information.
A valid email address is required for Sweepstakes administration, including entry confirmation, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and other communications related to the Sweepstakes.
Entrants may also have the option to opt in to receive marketing, promotional, and other updates from RapTV and/or its partners. By affirmatively opting in, Entrant agrees that Sponsor may use the email address provided to send updates, promotions, announcements, offers, and other marketing communications, and may share the email address with Sponsor’s partners for the purpose of sending similar updates, promotions, announcements, offers, and marketing communications.
Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect an Entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the Prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, entries submitted through multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, devices, or automated means, or any attempt to circumvent these Rules may result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, fraudulent, generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or that otherwise do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5.BRACKET SCORING
Eligible brackets will be scored based on the accuracy of the Entrant’s predictions compared to the actual results of the Future Madness voting rounds, as determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor will use the scoring system displayed on the Future Madness bracket platform or otherwise communicated by Sponsor during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s scoring calculations and decisions are final and binding.
If there is an error, technical issue, platform issue, scoring issue, suspicious voting activity, suspected manipulation, or other issue affecting the integrity of the bracket or scoring, Sponsor reserves the right to review, adjust, recalculate, void, or otherwise resolve scoring in its sole discretion.
6.PRIZE
One (1) prize is available.
The winner will receive a cash prize in the amount of One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000), the “Prize,” paid via PayPal.
The winner may be required to create or maintain a PayPal account in order to receive the Prize.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for any alternative prize except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7.TAXES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
The winner may be required to complete and return eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, and/or payment documents, including an IRS Form W-9, within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to return required documents on time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, statements, and entry-related materials for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
8.ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the results of the Future Madness bracket scoring.
9.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
After the conclusion of the Future Madness voting rounds and completion of bracket scoring, Sponsor will identify the eligible Entrant or Entrants with the highest bracket score.
If one (1) eligible Entrant has the highest bracket score, that Entrant will be selected as the potential winner.
If multiple eligible Entrants are tied for the highest bracket score, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from among the tied Entrants.
If no Entrant achieves a perfect bracket score, the potential winner will be selected from among the eligible Entrant or Entrants with the highest bracket score, using the process described above.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry within approximately three (3) business days after the final Future Madness voting results are confirmed.
Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of a potential winner to receive a notification due to spam, junk email, security settings, inactive accounts, incorrect contact information, or any other reason.
A potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected if the potential winner: cannot be contacted; fails to respond within five (5) days of notification; fails to complete required documents; is determined to be ineligible; declines the Prize; violates these Rules; or otherwise fails to claim the Prize as directed by Sponsor.
10.CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, OR SUSPENSION
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Sweepstakes, the Entry Period, the bracket, voting, scoring, or any part of the promotion for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform issues, force majeure events, or any other issue that Sponsor determines may impair the integrity, fairness, administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is cancelled or modified, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the Prize from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken, or may take any other action permitted by law.
11.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional partners, prize suppliers, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and all other social media platforms used in connection with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any liability, claim, injury, loss, damage, illness, death, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
This includes, without limitation, claims arising from: technical failures; website, platform, hardware, software, network, or internet issues; lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; unauthorized human intervention; errors in administration, scoring, voting, or winner selection; or any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, or human error.
12.INTERFERENCE WITH SWEEPSTAKES
Any attempt to deliberately damage, disrupt, manipulate, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, the bracket, the voting process, the website, or any related platform may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process, voting process, bracket results, website, or any other part of the Sweepstakes, and to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13.PRIVACY AND EMAIL OPT-IN
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be collected and used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, confirming entries, contacting potential winners, verifying eligibility, awarding the Prize, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
If you affirmatively opt in to receive updates, promotions, announcements, offers, or other marketing communications, you agree that Sponsor may use the email address you provide to send such communications and may share your email address with Sponsor’s partners so that they may send similar communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect your eligibility for the Sweepstakes or your ability to receive Sweepstakes-related administrative communications, including winner notification or prize fulfillment communications.
How we share information about you
We may share information about you in the following ways:
- With Future & his trusted & approved marketing partners, labels, and vendors who provide services on our behalf. These vendors will only use data about you for the purpose of providing services and not for their own benefit. This can include sending you marketing communications like email and/or running targeted advertising campaigns on our behalf. These partners may use your data to display ads that are relevant to your interests and help activate, manage, and optimize campaigns on our website. These marketing partners are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.
14.SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
15.GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
As a condition of participating, each Entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim for damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall any Entrant be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or special damages, attorneys’ fees, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Sponsor at the address listed below within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
